Committees

At BCOE, our mission is to promote economic growth and advancement in Black communities through education, mentoring, advocacy, and legislation. To achieve this, we have established eight dedicated committees — Events, Membership, Finance, Marketing, Education, Legislative, Scholarship, and Industry Engagement — each playing a vital role in supporting our members and fostering community development. These committees provide platforms for collaboration, resource sharing, and professional growth, ensuring that our collective efforts lead to meaningful and lasting impact within the industry.
